For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid: usually fee of £249 on appilcation, refundable when the mortgage completes as we will receive commission from the lender, or a fee of 1% of the loan amount on application and we will refund the commission received to you when the mortgage completes. (eg. £100,000 x1%= £1000)
